Job Summary:
As a Project and Operations Administrative support of our team, this role is crucial in supporting the Project Managers to maintain effective and efficient application system operations and monitoring across our organization.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to provide value-added support to make a significant impact on our organization's technology projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison for Project Manager for augmented resources / interns periodical administration (requisition, timesheet tracking, reflection reports, leave application, etc)
Support Project Managers to hire and onboard / offboard project team members – Security Clearance, Onboarding/ off boarding checklist.
Assists Project Managers in term of project administration activities such financials tracker and augmented resources renewal tracker.
Support Project Managers in Project and Operation Documentations and tracking (including pre-audit preparations for audits).

What We Are Looking For:
A degree in business management, business administration or a related field.
5+ years’ experience as Project Admin/ PMO or related project administrative role, preferably in IT or relevant industries.

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Summary
