**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support the regional marketing team in planning and executing new product launches and strategic initiatives across key markets in APAC
+ Conduct market research, competitive landscape analysis, and strategic analysis
+ Contribute to the development of strategic presentation, training plans, forecast, and internal communications as needed
+ Collaborate with country sales and marketing teams to gather insights and align global/regional plans
**Requirements:**
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the alignment of regional needs and corporate framework to execute world class events experiences across digital and physical formats.
- Take responsibility for paid media campaign operations along with content syndication, social and campaign performance tracking.
- Own and execute digital program operations across APJ via campaign creation on Integrate, tie back with SFDC and Marketo campaign codes.
- Churn reports for region across top performing assets and make recommendations to regions around paid media campaigns.
- Responsible for taking campaigns LIVE with direction from regional leaders, work alongside the digital agency to deliver prescribed assets and summary necessary to take campaigns in market.
- Work with regional and global marketing counterparts and implement best practices in spirit of lean process management.
- Generate reports on paid media campaigns across demand generation and ABM. Keep track of all paid media campaigns in market share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on impact.
- Work across APJ functions – project management, digital marketing, operations & automation and field marketing teams to lend help and drive desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years B2B Marketing experience within the enterprise market, enterprise software and SaaS
- Multi-disciplinary marketing background is a must. Understanding of personas within specific industries and buyer’s journey.
- Proven ability and skills to run integrated digital campaigns. Understanding of MarTech tools like Integrate, Marketo, SFDC is highly desirable.
- Experience in marketing enterprise applications is strongly preferred
- Good track record in building, driving and executing strategy across APJ
- Able to build strong peer relationships and ability to influence key stakeholders across APJ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Must be an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter, able to use initiative and adapt to change.

Job Description
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (lead gen, brand awareness, recruitment) across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage retargeting and remarketing funnels to nurture leads through the entire marketing funnel.
- Lead generation, management and allocation for optimal sales performance. Gather and analyse feedbacks from the stakeholders to improve campaigns for higher quality leads.
- Track, analyse, and report performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions) using GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM tagging.
- Manage media budgets effectively with a focus on cost-efficiency and ROI .
- Monitor, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, new opportunities, industry trends, competitors' strategies, and best practices leveraging the data to refine marketing campaigns and maximize results.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve the digital marketing, websites and PropNex proprietary tech and its ecosystem.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant certifications may also be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications.)
- Min. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance or full-funnel marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (GDN, PPC etc), YouTube Ads , and campaign analytics.
- Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, audience segmentation , and lead funnel management.
- Familiar with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tagging .
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns with strong attention to ROI and KPIs.
