This role will be in a position to build StarHub's reputation and distinctive positioning in small and medium-sized business (SMB) sectors by defining the strategy, driving executions to raise brand awareness and developing B2B campaigns/marketing programs to generate leads among SMB customers (including business owners, decision-makers and start-up entrepreneurs) for products and services within the Consumer Business Group.
With a customer-first mindset, this role will champion the voice of SMB customers and establish StarHub as a business enabler/solutions provider for startups and SMBs. In addition, this individual will create and implement promotional events and programs that reinforces the brand positioning and awareness in minds of CBG customers. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product and Go-to-Market to ensure alignment and progress toward shared business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to increase awareness of StarHub as a SMB business enabler/solutions provider, to achieve sales targets and promote market growth
Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisitions among SMBs, including paid media campaigns and email marketing
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure paid media campaign efficiencies and maximise ROI
Create, organize and manage virtual and in-person events, consumer and trade show participation to engage CBG customers
Develop and implement a compelling content strategy, creating and distributing sales enablement materials, relevant product and brand-related content including case studies and success stories to engage current and prospective customers through owned, paid and earned channels
Manage and optimize website content to effectively communicate our value proposition to SMBs and supports lead generation
Monitor and analyse business performance to ensure effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing strategies
Analyse customer insights, market and competitor intelligence to deliver recommendations that drive effective segmentation, and tailor strategies to address the unique needs of existing and new customers as well as identify opportunities in growth sectors
Identify and manage marketing partnerships that drive business targets and goals
Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration.
Over 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B/SMB marketing preferred
Proven expertise in developing and executing campaigns, cross-functional projects, and driving results
Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communications skills
Creative and analytical thinker
Experience with event management, content creation, campaign management
Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
