We're looking to hire a talented, savvy, and driven individual to join the TwoSpuds team as a Marketing Operations Assistant. In this role, you'll help develop client emails, create landing pages, and report on digital marketing campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage client email campaign production, working with account managers, copywriters & designers
- Build landing pages and lead capture forms based on client briefs
- Set up webinars and campaign integrations with platforms like Zoom/On24
- Track campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders
- Learn and become certified on client platforms such as Marketo & Splash

What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail for error-free content delivery
- Basic HTML or coding language knowledge to identify and edit email code
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to multitask across multiple client projects
- Experience working in dynamic environments with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of Marketo, Splash, or similar platforms is a plus

(External Projects + Multi-Brand Marketing Management|Primarily Remote|Occasional On-Site Work)
Work Requirements
- Primarily responsible for online planning and execution, with occasional participation in offline events, client meetings, photoshoots, or store visits
- Oversee both in-house brand marketing for the group and external client projects (e.g., website development, web design, brand campaigns)
Working Hours
- 5 days per week, 5 hours per day
- Flexible schedule
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing and brand development for multiple brands under the group
- Manage external marketing projects, including website development, web design, visual branding, and campaign planning
- Coordinate project timelines and manage resources including designers, developers, photographers, and copywriters
- Handle social media operations and ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok
- Provide market analysis and data reports; develop strategies for client growth
- Maintain client relationships and increase revenue from external marketing services
Job Requirements (Updated Experience Requirements)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing/digital marketing, with proven success stories
- Experience leading or managing small teams (2–5 people)
- Familiar with marketing strategies in at least one of the following sectors: F&B, consumer goods, or education
- Proficient in content management and advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
- Experienced in managing website/web design projects (not required to code, but must be able to coordinate design and development teams)
- Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills; capable of independently managing the full process from client briefing to execution
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and capable of executing efficiently in a multitasking environment
Compensation
Part-time probation period (3–6 months): SGD 1,600–2,000/month
Upon confirmation: Base salary + Profit-sharing mechanism (specific terms negotiable)
