This role requires proven marketing and business leadership experience within the Greater China region, deep cultural and commercial understanding of local markets, and fluency in Business Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively engage internal teams, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will also possess an established network of specialized Chinese marketing agencies to support localized product and service launches across diverse regional hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies and annual plans to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth in APAC, with dedicated focus on Greater China.

• Leverage an existing network of trusted marketing agencies across Greater China to ensure rapid, compliant, and culturally resonant product/service rollouts in key cities (e.g., Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Taipei, Hong Kong).
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research within the financial advisory, corporate compliance, and B2B professional services sectors in China and neighboring markets.
• Collaborate closely with business development, compliance, and regional operations teams to co-create client-facing proposals, case studies, and thought leadership content in both English and Mandarin.
• Manage digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, with performance tracking tailored to regional KPIs.
• Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-border campaign timelines to ensure cost efficiency and regulatory alignment (e.g., China's advertising and data laws).
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Greater China stakeholders, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
• Support executive leadership in building company's reputation as a bridge between global compliance standards and Asian market innovation.
Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 7-8 years in a leadership or managerial role focused on the Greater China region.
• Fluency in Business Chinese (Mandarin)—both written and spoken—is mandatory, due to daily communication with teams, clients, and agencies across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• Proven track record of managing successful B2B marketing campaigns or product launches in Greater China, with demonstrable ROI.
• Established relationships with specialized marketing, PR, or digital agencies in China (e.g., Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou) is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of China's digital ecosystem (WeChat Official Accounts, Mini Programs, Red, Baidu, etc.) and compliance landscape for foreign brands.
• Experience in financial services, corporate consulting, legal tech, or compliance-related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji), and collaboration platforms.
