Marketing Officer Job Purpose

The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for Stellar Experience businesses. Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

  • Support and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote subsidiary brand, initiatives, products, and services.
  • Conduct basic SEO keyword research and support on-page optimisation efforts.
  • Attain key performance indicators, including improving leads and conversion.
  • Manage and improve Google Business ratings to enhance online visibility and customer trust.

Campaign Support

  • Support the planning and execution of B2C and B2B campaigns to drive consumer engagement and client visibility.
  • Support content preparation and scheduling for digital channels, including social media, eDMs, and websites.
  • Liaise with clients to collect campaign assets according to timelines and requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating email distribution lists in coordination with the Sales and Lease Management teams.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Preparation of Materials for Sales and Business Development

  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales kits to support business development and outreach initiatives.

Event Management Support

  • Provide on-ground event support, including vendor coordination, event set-up, and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution of events
