ROLE
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Executives to deliver measurable results – the role is a mix of Individual contributor and team management.
  • End-to-end management of campaigns on Meta Platform.
  • Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and achieve client goals.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing PPC campaigns across Meta Ad platform.
  • Should have handled monthly budgets of at least 20 Lakhs.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • An intermediate MS-Excel, analytical and problem-solving skill set is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the optimisation of our martech stack
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, email, SEO, content syndication, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the optimisation of our martech stack
Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, email, SEO, content syndication, and more.
Collaborate with senior executives to align digital priorities with overall business objectives and future growth plans.
Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align campaigns with business objectives and buyer journeys.
Coordinate digital campaign calendar and ensure timely execution of always-on and campaign-based activations.
Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Serve as the owner and strategist for our marketing technology stack, with HubSpot at the core. Ensure our tools are fully leveraged to support scalable, data-driven marketing.
Oversee and optimise workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, email marketing, and landing page performance.
Ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing automation with sales and CRM systems.
Mentor Marketing Automation Coordinator to maintain data quality, attribution accuracy, and effective lead lifecycle tracking.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing
8 – 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in using B2B marketing automation tools and software is essential, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot
Proven track record of running high-performing digital campaigns that generate and nurture leads.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to improve campaign performance. Proactive, able to work independently and in a team
Good communication and excellent teaming with internal team and external agencies
Good project management and time management skills

**Role Overview:**As our first strategic Marketing Lead, you will be the architect of Equitize's marketing engine. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will have full ownership of the marketing strategy, from brand positioning to demand generation. You will be responsible for building a scalable marketing function from the ground up, targeting sophisticated institutional clients at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology. This is a hands-on role for a builder who is passionate about defining a new category in fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and own the company's end-to-end B2B marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive pipeline growth.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the CPO and leadership to translate complex product features across our offerings into clear, compelling value propositions and marketing messages for our target audiences.
