Chemours' Titanium Technologies (TT) business is seeking Competitive Intelligence Specialist, Global and China, to join our Product & Market Management Team. This position will be available at Chemours Singapore Office and will report directly to the manager of Global Market and Competitive Intelligence.
**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:**
+ Creating insights with data analysis for Global, AP and EMEA regions particularly China.
+ Enhancing business understanding of the TiO2 market, competitive dynamics and enabling data-based decisions
+ Managing Global Competitive Intelligence data and information
+ Tracking the trade data and competitive activities for business inputs
+ Leading and supporting data digitization initiatives
+ Leading and supporting market research for business decisions
**The following is** **_required_** **for this role:**
+ Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, economics or marketing with experience
+ Skills in leading complex cross-functional tasks and initiatives with successful outcomes, within a remote matrix organization.
+ High analytical skills with a data-driven approach
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint).In particular, a high level of expertise in Power BI
+ Effective communication skills (verbal and written report)
+ Language skills - fluent English
+ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:**
+ Business acumen with experience in product management, marketing, project management, customer survey
+ Well-grounded knowledge of SQL and DAX
+ Data analytics or Marketing Degree.
+ Proven cross-disciplinary skills in computer science, business, economics (especially in macro) and communication

+ Language skills - fluent in both English and Mandarin (read and write)

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in database marketing or customer data analytics
Experience dealing with large datasets with heavy transaction platforms preferred
Demonstrated hands-on experience of optimization engines for targeting marketing offers
Working knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform and data extraction using Big Query
Experience in creating dashboards using visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau
Experience working within data science teams, and product teams utilizing the latest software including capable experience with PYTHON would be an advantage.
Preference given to people who have worked on retail and new e-biz enabled models and how data is architected in these areas.
Preferably with working experience in commercial/operational decision making
Able to work independently and manage ambiguity
Clear structural thinking, and strong curiosity for problem solving
Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
Resourceful and problem solver
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions

Job Description- Provide data and insight support for specific marketing function, work with teams across our global offices
- Develop smart and efficient solutions to reporting and data extraction needs using SQL, Python, Spark
- Produce actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new marketing strategies
- Work with big data using Hadoop ecosystem, with support from data engineers
- Problem solve on evolving new analytical or data tracking needs, with business and technical teams
- Experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics in tech/e-commerce or fast-paced environment is preferred
- Strong technical skills in Python and SQL
- Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively
- Passionate about data and solving challenging problems
- (Strong plus but not required) Proficiency in VBA/Spark
- (Plus but not required) Degree in STEM related disciplines (e.g., Computer Science, Analytics, IT, Engineering)
