Role Overview
Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights that inform marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and Analyse Data
Clean and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data from various sources such as GA4, website, social media platforms, search platforms, CRM, email marketing software, datalake, etc.
Analyse data using a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques such descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Utilise both interpretivist and empirical approaches.
Generate insights and present them in the form of powerpoint slides and dashboards.
Set up and maintain automated dashboards on platforms such as Lookerstudio and PowerBI.
Research
Conduct environmental scanning to sense the external business environment including what our competitors are offering, relevant regulatory changes, macro environmental factors, etc.
Conduct primary research such as email surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.
Conduct secondary research such as web searches, scientific literature review, considering various documents and primary sources.
Strategy and Insights
Use data and insights to inform marketing related planning and strategy, for example, what tweaks to make, which channels to spend on and how to improve the effectiveness of various campaigns.
Ad hoc tasks
Other ad hoc tasks as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Various internal and external stakeholders on growth related initiatives.
Brand and Community to integrate insights into their brand and community initiatives.
Content and Education to integrate insights into their content and education initiatives.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing insights and strategy‐related area.
Experience in integrated, digital or growth marketing would be advantageous.
Experience in marketing or business sciences and research would be highly advantageous.
Experience working with agencies.
Polished communication, good analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine is desirable.
A relevant bachelor’s or postgraduate degree related to marketing and business research would be highly advantageous.
