Our client is a telecommunications and information technology (IT) solutions provider. They are seeking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to drive the marketing efforts, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Working location:

  • Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT
  • Monday to Friday, 9-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaison with Graphic Designers:
    • Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals.
    • Ensure that all design work aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  2. Social Media and Website Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Manage and update the company's website content to reflect current promotions, new products, and industry trends.
    • Monitor social media and website analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Salary range: S$3500-4500/month

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Administrative & Compliance Processes

  • Raise and track purchase orders, process payment requests, and ensure all supporting documents (e.g., invoices, delivery orders, photos of deployment) are compliant and submitted on time.
  • Assist in drawing and tracking free goods (e.g., Free-of-Charge bottles) for promotions and activation, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Support the team in securing vendor cost estimates / quotations for projects that are below the threshold that requires Procurement team support
  • Maintain updated records of POS utilisation / deployment and usage of activation materials in alignment with project tracking.
  • Work together with the Operations and Trade Marketing teams to ensure that POS materials ordered from MyStore (internal POS ordering platform) are ready to be received in Singapore, and follows the right naming conventions

Execution Support for Channel Activation

  • Coordinate logistics for the timely delivery and placement of point-of-sale materials (POSM) such as glorifiers, bar tools, tent cards, wobblers, shelf talkers, etc.
  • Support the field team and sales channels in deploying campaigns and activation across On-Trade and Off-Trade outlets.
  • Manage tracking, inventory, and deployment status of POS materials using internal tools or trackers.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure end-to-end execution efficiency.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Support internal reporting of campaign execution (e.g., before/after photos, placement reports, usage summaries).
  • Help prepare summaries or compile information for internal stakeholders where required.

Other ad hoc requests:

  • Helping verify information like pricing or competitive activity in stores / online
  • Helping monitor and document below the line activities like in-store sampling
  • Arranging / Booking travel or fieldwork schedules (inbound and outbound – e.g. logistics for visiting BrandCo Brand Ambassadors)
  • Assist to compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Sustainability & Marketing Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

Digital Marketing Support Responsibilities

  • Provide support for digital marketing initiatives in hotels, F&B, Spa, and Raffles City Convention Centre.
  • Conduct basic proofreading and copywriting for communication materials across various channels, with a particular focus on digital platforms.
  • Manage the uploading and maintenance of approved digital content, ensuring all platforms remain current.
  • Arrange photography and filming sessions, handle administrative tasks related to digital marketing, conduct market research, and manage requests for updates on websites, microsites as well as other digital platforms.
  • Aid other team leaders in the department with various hotel projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary.

Sustainability Support Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manages the complex’s ESG projects
  • Lead and coordinate communications and marketing efforts on ESG initiatives on social media and the dedicated sustainability blog
  • Support and manage the energy tracking for monthly submissions via Accor online platform
  • Developing analyses and communicating recommendations through reports and presentations
  • Creates and organizes activities to develop positive organizational culture on changing mindsets for ESG initiatives
  • Supports ad-hoc projects

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties such as monthly accruals, forecasting, submission of invoices or routing agreements for approval.
  • Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Performance Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality or related field
  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Experience in handling sustainability projects, social media platforms, content management systems will be an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English, fluent in a second language preferred
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Effective writing and communication skills
  • People-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to contribute individually and in a team

Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist at PETA India

To promote animal rights through People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India’s websites and social media channels.

Associate Director of Online Marketing

Location:

Mumbai

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Develop and manage various online marketing projects that promote PETA India's mission.
  2. Write and create animal rights-related blog posts, e-newsletters, email alerts, and social media content.
  3. Create visually appealing content for social media channels, website, and email campaigns.
  4. Implement marketing plans to increase website traffic and engagement with online petitions.
  5. Track and analyze web traffic and campaign success, making strategic adjustments as needed.
  6. Assist with developing content for paid social media campaigns.
  7. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.
  8. Increase engagement on PETA India’s social media platforms by interacting with the public, media, influencers, and celebrities.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • College degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferable).
  • Experience in online marketing.
  • Strong internet knowledge and skills in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of animal rights issues and PETA India campaigns.
  • Creative aptitude and exceptional communication skills in English and preferably Hindi.
  • Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Supportive of PETA India’s philosophy and able to advocate professionally.
  • Committed to the organization’s objectives.
