As an Associate in the middle office team, you will support our Global Markets and Group Treasury business divisions by managing trade lifecycle events from trade validation and pre-matching through to settlement. The team supports various products, including Fixed Income, FX, Money Market, and Australian Retail Property Loans. This role involves close collaboration with Sales & Trading, Compliance, and Finance teams locally in Singapore.
You will leverage your extensive product knowledge to proactively resolve operational exceptions, manage risk, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Additionally, you will partner and collaborate with regional middle office teams to manage workflow and support the follow-the-sun model
More specifically, you will:
- Provide comprehensive support to the trading activities of Global Markets and Group Treasury dealing desks, ensuring that exceptions, queries, and operational risks are managed effectively to deliver optimal client outcomes.
- Trade Lifecycle Management of the Australian Retail Property Loans
- Engage with a wide spectrum of stakeholders including, Sales and Trading, Group Treasury, Correspondent banks, Finance and regional middle office teams.
- Understand and perform daily reconciliations ensuring all exceptions are followed up/resolved in a timely manner with adequate audit trails.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process enhancement initiatives to strengthen controls and improve turn-around times.
- Management of Brokerage invoicing to ensure positions are reconciled and remitted accurately.
We want to hear from you if you have:
You should have proven experience in Markets or Markets Operations, with a strong understanding of Fixed Income, FX, and Derivative products and their trade life cycle. Additionally, you should possess in-depth knowledge of treasury transactions and be capable of providing solutions to complex operational challenges.
You will also have:
- 3-5 years' experience in dealing support or middle office roles with a solid understanding of financial markets and the end-to-end trade life cycle.
- Advanced knowledge of Fixed Income, Derivatives and FX products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across business divisions and clients
Detail oriented with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Experience with AI tools, including AI Agents and Large Language Models (LLMs), to deliver innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency

Job Description : We are always looking to connect with talented individuals on an ongoing basis. The Data Services team supports all business divisions located in Singapore by performing the setting up and handling of client data, credit lines, settlement instructions, inventories, and security data, and also the uploading and managing of market data.
Job Accountabilities
Responsible for the daily cleansing, analysis, and maintenance of reference data in the Asset Control system and for the accuracy of the same data within the source systems.
Ensure reference data is set up accurately on TD Securities source systems in a timely manner.
Ensure that all late or missing reference data uploads and related process metrics are recorded, documented, and explained appropriately.
Contribute to the broader Global Operations and Business Services group as a subject matter authority.
Contribute to business objectives for operational excellence – identify, suggest, and actively participate in improving standards, policies, procedures, and solutions.
Actively participate in developing, testing, and implementing new or enhanced processes and other process improvement initiatives.
Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers, root or systemic causes of cross-functional operational issues, interpret findings, and make recommendations.
Ensure internal control processes are adequate and documented appropriately.
Conduct Business Acceptance Tests for system upgrades and patch releases.
Handle first-level escalated issues and provide work guidance as a resource to others.

Requirements
3-5 years of market reference data experience in a middle or back-office function with reporting responsibilities and exposure to various traded securities and derivative products.
Exposure to operational metrics and emerging regulations would be an asset.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bloomberg and Reuters knowledge would be an asset.
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills both verbally and written.
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high volumes of work in a demanding environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

We are a prominent single-family office, seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join a new team in Singapore to manage a diversified multi asset investment portfolio for the family. We are looking for an experienced individual to support the team in the administration of funds, performance reporting and wider operational support.
The Role
Our team is small, so you will need to be flexible, pragmatic and solutions oriented. You will be responsible for investment administration, specifically investment performance reporting, investment execution and custodian management. Main responsibilities include:
Investment Performance Reporting
- Prepare standard monthly performance reports including collation of external investment manager reports and valuation statements.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports, updating IRRs and multiples for illiquid funds.
- Reconcile performance reports to custodian statements and management accounts.
- Collate capital call/distribution notices and update illiquid funds records. Reconcile outstanding commitments and capital call amounts to the actual notices.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of cash flows to investment movements.
- Prepare ad-hoc performance analyses including asset class attribution and external benchmark comparisons.
- Use of Bloomberg to acquire market or index data.
Investment Execution
- Follow through on investment decisions ensuring accurate and timely execution by brokers and custodians.
- Coordinate investment execution, eg completing subscription forms, compiling KYC documentation and obtaining director signatures.
- Liaise with the custodian to instruct investment subscription and ensure cash settlement.
- Collate and review contract notes received directly from fund's administrator and/or the custodian.
- Manage transactions during the life of an investment, eg capital calls.
Custodian Management
- Liaise with the custodian to ensure the provision of timely and accurate data on the investments, including valuations for group financial reporting.
- Review data input in the custodian's custody/reporting system.
- Reconcile fees charged by the custodian.
General
- Liaise with members of the CFO team to support any audits of investment activities.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the company and other family office entities.
- Commit to developing yourself within your role, undergoing training where necessary.
- Proactively promote and maintain high standards at work – taking the initiative to resolve and/or draw attention to areas that don't meet required standards or any issues that arise.
Requirements
Skills Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong academic background with demonstrated analytical capabilities, detail orientated and excellent written and oral communication skills. These capabilities will be tested during the recruitment process.
- Strong candidates will be undertaking or have completed further professional studies (for example CISI IOC).
- Advanced excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- We use Solovis as our portfolio management system. Experience with Solovis would be helpful, but is not essential.
- Experience of private markets would be advantageous but is not essential
