Key Responsibilities:

- Able to start and stop the production line according to protocol and set the required parameters.

- Follow test procedures on finished goods and record results that this may include: melt flow, specific gravity, hardness (test stand and handheld), etc.

- Have a good understanding on Lean Basics, RCA and LSW
- Strong Communication Skills
- Possess Forklift License
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25kg
- Ability to perform duties under specific time requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities
- Able to listen and speak clearly
- No color blindness, skin allergy
- Able to work rotating shift, overtime as assigned
- Able to work on weekend as assigned
- Ability to work in a dusty, hot and humid environment
