Qualifications:
- BSc in Life Sciences, Biotech, or related experience (pharmaceutical manufacturing)
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
At least 2 year experience. Fresh graduate may be considered.

Machine Operator/ Manufacturing Specialists
Machine operators/ Manufacturing Specialists operate machine and perform process runs according to standard work instructions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operates machine
- Execute beginning of shift checks as well as pass down information to next shift
- Perform production runs as according to MES (our wafer tracking system) and / or product runsheets and work instructions.
- Do SPC & update SQC for machines.
- Perform daily autonomous maintenance on machines
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production work areas.
- Train and Guide new operators/ manufacturing specialist :
- On operating the process and run the production lots in the process.
- On Production protocol and expectation.
- Work with Assistance engineer / Process engineer to update process procedure.
- Help process engineer to run engineering lot after getting approval from manufacturing engineer.
- Trained and become an expert in lithography process. This person will be the pillar in manufacturing to guide the operators in lithography process.
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by the Manufacturing engineers.
Job Requirements
- Must at least completed vocational training in technical field, ITE, NITEC or Diploma in Engineering Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Working experience in Semiconductors or manufacturing industry preferred.
- MS Office literate.
- Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.

Able to start and stop the production line according to protocol and set the required parameters.
Keeps accurate records and notes on production sheets.
Follow test procedures on finished goods and record results that this may include: melt flow, specific gravity, hardness (test stand and handheld), etc.
Operate forklift and hand trucks.
