This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, reducing costs, and validating Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
- Assess and validate DFM requirements for new designs.
Requirements:

- Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems, including routing and BOM structuring.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and DFM principles.
- Solid experience in CNC machining, managing tight tolerances, and ensuring precision.
- Skilled in troubleshooting machining challenges (surface finish, tool wear, tolerance issues) using root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in cost estimation, quotations, or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail in pricing and cost estimation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
