Job Info:

Job Scope:
- Support Manufacturing Engineers in operation prep using PLM and SAP
- Develop and document manufacturing procedures, build sequences, and quality documentation
- Validate draft procedures on-site and update revisions with production teams
- Create and maintain OMS Pro documentation (assembly processes, electrical installations, cable routing)
- Develop and update Test Work Instructions in coordination with Test Engineers
- Assist in jig/fixture design (2D/3D CAD), support cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Control Engineering; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D & 3D modeling (e.g., PTC Creo), SAP PLM/ERP, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/scripting).
- Ability to interpret 2D/3D designs, GD&T, electrical/pneumatic schematics, and draft procedures/checklists.
- Knowledge of Lean, FMEA, 8D; cleanroom protocol adherence is a plus.
