**A Day in the Life**
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Supports Qualification/Validation for product/process according to schedule and follow up production until pass off requirement met.
+ Supports the daily line sustaining for any equipment breakdown and Process monitoring.
+ Supports/participates to the Team Yearly KPI or goal.
+ Collaborates with Transfer engineer and operation to evaluate, install, characterize, qualify and validate product/process/line in assigned scope of processes.
+ Collaborates with Engineer for perform the equipment qualification activities such as equipment setup and equipment testing.
+ Follows and coordinates IQ/OQ/PQ activities on the lines.
+ Trains operators and technical support of Implantable Device within IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
+ Supports Implantable Devices tasks (technical support, non-conformity management, continuous improvements
+ Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities as per weekly Scheduled or plan.
+ Able to perform the basic troubleshooting of the equipment failures and do necessary actions.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Aptitude to be conformed to the processes and the respect of the procedures in a rigorous way
+ Good adaptation to stress
+ Flexibility and adaptability
+ Teamwork
+ Desire to learn new processes
+ Capacity to transmit knowledge/know-how
+ Patience and perseverance
+ Results/milestone oriented, motivated by achievement.
+ Minimum 2 - 5 years' relevant experience in equipment installation and maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Good knowledge of laser, mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatic and programmable logic controller (PLC).
+ Experience in the application of the protocols of validation and/or tests of validation produced.
+ Preferably with experience in handling nonconforming products.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
+ Knowledge of ISO13485 and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a plus
+ Familiar with MS Office tools.
+ Coaching skills to act as a local technology mentor.
+ Strong communication skills to participate in multicultural and multi-departmental teams.
+ Able to solve technical issues, multi-tasking requires minimal supervision and work independently.
+ Autonomous and decision-making abilities.
+ Good analytical skills.
+ Diploma / ITC / NTC in Engineering
+ A technical certification or equivalent or,
+ Secondary education with working experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
+ Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
+ Uses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
+ May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.
+ May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.
+ Good to have experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
**Required knowledge, experience and Educational Background:**
+ Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
+ Requires high school diploma or vocational or technical education or certification
