Responsibilities
- Monitor production safety, enforce discipline and maintain 6S standards within the production area. Actively participate in Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings).
- Allocate resources effectively across the production line and ensure adherence to departmental and company regulations. Proficient in calculating headcount, overtime, and output requirements.
- Execute production activities in alignment with the production schedule and closely monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Supervise and train team members in accordance with Work Instructions to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Identify and communicate process issues promptly while ensuring consistent product quality.
- Manage material flow within the production line by organizing materials at designated stations, labeling clearly, and maintaining accurate tracking.
- Ensure all operations are performed according to current and approved instructions.
- Maintain accurate and effective records, databases, and documentation within the production line.
- Recommend and implement Kaizen initiatives to enhance production line efficiency and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and jigs to maximize utilization and operational reliability.
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure proper execution of line clearance procedures in accordance with established guidelines
Requirement
- Nitec in Engineering, GCE "N" level or equivalent
- Process 2 years of relevant work experience in assembly line
- Able to perform night shift
