Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands, generating clear performance reports to management, and managing inventory efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production strategies to optimize WIP flow, including forecasting, MRP, and inventory turns.
- Maintain accurate production progress reports and identify bottlenecks to adjust schedules as necessary.
- Drive Manufacturing to achieve KPIs such as move rate, cycle time, and shipment commitments.
- Analyze quality and expedite lots to ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize material waste and improve material flow.
- Create and maintain demand management plans to meet customer requirements.
- Leverage operation teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Assess Fab capability versus planned capacity and develop strategic plans to address gaps.
- Collaborate with reporting teams to generate comprehensive performance reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor production is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree qualification or higher is mandatory.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, positive attitude, and willingness to accept challenges are essential.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel Macro, MS Excel, and Powerpoint software is required.
- A solid understanding of factory operations, including line move, cycle time, and customer delivery, is necessary.
