Responsibilities

• Monitor production safety, enforce discipline and maintain 6S standards within the production area. Actively participate in Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings).
• Allocate resources effectively across the production line and ensure adherence to departmental and company regulations. Proficient in calculating headcount, overtime, and output requirements.
• Execute production activities in alignment with the production schedule and closely monitor progress to meet deadlines.
