What You'll Do
You'll lead the daily heartbeat of the production floor by:
- Coordinating manpower, scheduling, and production flow
- Ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are met
- Keeping accurate daily production and inventory records
- Monitoring safety, housekeeping, and compliance on the line
- Escalating issues promptly and driving effective resolutions
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting teammates' growth
- Training new hires for smooth integration
- Partnering with Maintenance on equipment concerns
- Leading improvement initiatives and SQDC activities
- Managing raw materials and ensuring stock accuracy
We're seeking someone who:
- Understands standard operating processes and applies sound technical judgment
- Communicates clearly, both with team members and in technical documentation
- Has some leadership experience, coaching, mentoring, or guiding others
- Is organized and reliable with strong time management skills
- Is comfortable with MS Office and SAP (or similar systems)
- Brings basic technical knowledge to support troubleshooting on the floor
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- 4-day work week ~15 working days/month
- Includes 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift
- Optional overtime available
- Pay & Allowances: $2,700 – $,000/month (including OT & shift allowance)
- Shift Allowances: Up to 15/day (Day) | Up to 25/day (Night)
- Bonuses: 13th-month + performance bonus (up to 2 months)
- Time Off: 11 annual leave days + ~15 off-days monthly from the shift roster
