Job Description
Maintenance Technician
- Working Location: Buroh Street (Joo Koon)
- Working Days: 4 Days Work, Monday - Thursday
- Working Hours: 9pm - 9am
- Salary Range: $2000 - $500 + Night Shift Allowance, Gross up to 2800
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machine components to maintain performance.
- Identify basic mechanical or electrical issues and escalate them to the Team Lead for further investigation.
- Carry out minor equipment repairs and component replacements (e.g., belts, filters), ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in preventive maintenance tasks to help minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Record maintenance tasks performed and materials used, ensuring accurate and up-to-date logs.
- Collaborate with machine operators and technicians to address equipment-related concerns and maintain production flow.
- Adhere to safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform ad-hoc requests as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Technical certification or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, familiar with various types of manufacturing machinery and equipment
