Job Title: Production Engineer (Aerospace)

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Production Engineer in the Aerospace industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute job orders.
• Monitor the execution of production plans and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
• Monitor production progress and ensure that final products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to Manager for resolution.
• Analyse back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule production operations.
• Work with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
• Adhere to company policies and production procedures to meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles would be ideal.
• Well-versed in both manual and CNC machining.
• Knowledge in fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling.
• Knowledge of MRP systems is essential.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
