Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Finance Cost Controller to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by providing financial analysis, cost accounting, and strategic insights related to supply chain finance.     • MES/WHS/MRP knowledge
    • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, data manipulation, and reporting.
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze trends and visualize financial data.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance processes
    • Collaborate with teams to implement best practices in cost accounting and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of costing principles, standard costing methodologies, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable. ERP implementation experience is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**
Supervises employees involved in a variety of production and/or operation functions such as assembly, inspection, test, and/or final test which is related to the manufacturing of the company's capital equipment and systems, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or components, subassemblies and subsystems.

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for handling daily operational tasks and participating in plant troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing field logging, routine sampling, and plant testing work
  • Preparing process equipment for mechanical work according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Loading and unloading raw materials
  • Operating utility and process plants

Requirements

To be successful as a Process Technician, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum Nitec/Diploma holder in Chemical Process Technology
  • 2-3 years of experience in the chemical industry (preferable)
  • Hold a 2nd Grade Steam Engineer or Diploma certification with a Boiler Attendance Certificate (added advantage)
  • Hold certificates for forklift operation, firefighting, confined space entry, or work at heights (added advantage)
  • Ability to perform field and panel works
  • High awareness of job safety and housekeeping practices

Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Operations: Investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve abnormal observations; act as Site Main Controller (SMC) during emergencies; direct the team in process control, recovery, and emergency response.
  • Safety & Compliance: Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards for both internal teams and contractors; serve as a trained Permit-to-Work Approver and Port Facility Security Officer.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external customers; address enquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
  • People Development: Mentor, coach, and train team members to enhance operational competency; conduct performance reviews and close any competency gaps.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related field;
  • At least 5 years of relevant operations experience in a chemical industry with 3 years in a supervisory role;
  • Strong practical knowledge of site processes and operations;
  • Deep understanding of product handling, operational equipment, and safety management practices.
