The Manufacturing Operations Manager will lead and oversee day-to-day operations in a high-volume semiconductor of a newly setup of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met with high quality, cost efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in fab operations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Define and execute the fab operations strategy to meet business goals in output, quality, cost, and delivery.
+ Lead end-to-end fab operations including production, engineering interface, equipment uptime, and yield improvement.
+ Partner with R&D, process engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to support technology transfers, NPI, and continuous improvement.
+ Monitor and drive KPIs such as cycle time, OEE, WIP, yield, and cost per wafer. Implement data-driven decision-making and real-time performance dashboards.
+ Build and mentor a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and operators. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and safety.
+ Oversee fab capacity planning, shift management, and workforce optimization to support volume ramps and technology transitions.
+ Ensure adherence to EHS, ISO, and regulatory standards. Lead risk assessments and business continuity planning.
+ Champion automation, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance fab productivity and agility.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
+ 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a wafer fab.
+ Deep understanding of fab operations, process integration, and advanced manufacturing systems (MES, SPC, APC).
+ Demonstrated success in leading large teams of various seniority levels.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Do:
- Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders .
