About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Tower Crane Saddle Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient deployment of our cranes.
Responsibilities- Deploy tower cranes as per deployment schedules or work orders assigned by Operations Managers or Site Supervisors.
- Work long hours, often at heights, with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crane and its components.
- Strong management skills to ensure the effective operation of the crane.
- Analytical skills to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
