Role: Managing Director, Special Situations Private Equity

- 10+ years in special situations, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, or principal investing
- Relentlessly resourceful — you hunt deals , not wait for them
- Sharp, numerate, and fast — you understand structure and risk instinctively
- Hands-on — you’re ready to underwrite a deal on Monday and negotiate it on Tuesday

- A slide deck job
- A slow bureaucracy
- A stable corporate salary seat
- A job for people who need hand-holding
