Job Description

Overview

We are a new class of public‑market investment platform built to reallocate capital around the most asymmetric asset of our time: Bitcoin. Rooted in special situations thinking and designed to compound, we’re pioneering a completely new investment model.

We are not a traditional fund. We are not here to collect salaries. We're here to build something transformational — fast, lean, and with enormous impact. If you're hungry, driven, and want to help pioneer a new type of investing style, read on.

Role: Managing Director, Special Situations Private Equity

We’re looking for a true operator — someone who can source, underwrite, and execute transactions , not just analyze them. You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership to identify opportunities across distressed assets, takeovers, asset-backed deals, and other special situations. This is a builder role , not a corporate one.

What You'll Do
  • Source and lead execution of special situations and transformative transactions
  • Collaborate cross-border to move fast on transaction structuring and capital formation
  • Take ownership end-to-end: from idea to closing
  • Move at startup speed — no bloated process, no slide decks for the sake of it
We’re Looking for People Who Are:
  • 10+ years in special situations, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, or principal investing
  • Relentlessly resourceful — you hunt deals , not wait for them
  • Sharp, numerate, and fast — you understand structure and risk instinctively
  • Hands-on — you’re ready to underwrite a deal on Monday and negotiate it on Tuesday
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and high expectations
  • Hungry to be part of something early, fast-moving, and high impact
This Is Not
  • A slide deck job
  • A slow bureaucracy
  • A stable corporate salary seat
  • A job for people who need hand-holding

If you're ready to make impact on the world , help build a new investing model , and work with a team that expects urgency, accuracy, and impact , we want to talk. Send your CV to
