We are seeking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role includes inventory handling, order preparation, crossdocking and general housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.
Location: Loyang Way
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Scheduled: 5.5 days week (alternate Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store goods accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and stocktaking.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting (max. 25kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in warehouse or housekeeping roles is an advantage.
- Class 4 driving license (Preferred)

Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory records of raw materials, spare parts and tools through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Data Entry & Reporting: Update inventory databases accurately and prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status and trends.
Quality Control: Oversee the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to facilitate inventory movements and address issues promptly.
Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to inventory control procedures and systems.
Documentation: Keep detailed and organized records of all inventory transactions and adjustments.

Requirements:
Education: Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role is required. Experience in Accounts Assistant role is also accepted.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Words
Willing to work in Tuas, company transport provided at Jurong East MRT pick up point.
Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
