Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for engineering activities, which include new installations, replacement, upgrading, maintenance, and repair of all facilities and cargo equipment in dnata Cargo Services Division
  • Manage the maintenance team to provide engineering support and provide effective maintenance and service repair to all Cargo equipment and building facilities to meet corporate and airlines requirements.
  • Study and implement equipment modification, upgrading or replacement to maximize the overall cost effectiveness in terms of equipment performance, operation, and maintenance costs, and energy consumption.
  • Carry out failure and reliability analysis to major or frequent equipment failures and recommend failure prevention measures.
  • Ensure the engineering activities are carried out according international/local regulations
  • Plan and control equipment maintenance budget and supervise and monitor work performance of FE team.
  • Monitor and control the stock level of equipment parts for dnata Flight cargo equipment and spares to optimize cost.
  • Create maintenance plan and Goods Received for the term contractor.
  • Supervise and monitor work performance of term and project contractor. Facilitate work improvement meetings and activities.
  • Identify applicable new technologies and prepare equipment specifications, work of scope and conduct calling of tender.
  • Identify proper operating conditions to allow equipment operators to achieve better and more consistent output quality
  • Develop maintenance programs for new equipment and identify new maintenance solutions to new complex technologies
  • Identify better maintenance practices to extend asset life.
  • Reduce routine (cyclic) workloads when applied to existing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Identify root causes of failure and define equipment functions and performance standards
  • Identify protective devices which are not fail-safe and identify failures, which threaten safety of the environment, affect operations, and entail the direct cost repair.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in building maintenance, facility maintenance, or similar roles
  • Previous experience in cargo handling facilities or airport operations
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting and power systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and analyse data to improve building performance
  • Strong communication skills for working with different stakeholders
  • Ability to pan, execute and manage projects related to building maintenance and improvements
  • Experience in supervising contractors and other personnel is preferred

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Mandai Wildlife Group is looking for a team player and self-leader with a passion in creating and enhancing guest experiences. Reporting to Senior Manager, Guest Experience Management, the incumbent will contribute to the organisation’s growth and evolution in creating exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with various teams across Mandai, the incumbent will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences, guest journey maps and design / re-design experiences to elevate touch points based on business priorities and guest needs, to advance guest satisfaction in Mandai precinct.

  • Conduct research activities which would include but not limited to, user observations, 1-1 interviews and surveys to gain insights of guest behaviour.
  • Capture detailed notes and transcription during scoping sessions and research activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of the journey maps
  • Support in the development and testing of prototypes, including illustrations, storyboards, and wireframes, in collaboration with business units and users.
  • Generate compelling slides to effectively communicate synthesis during workshops and create a cohesive narrative for final reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support for design workshops.

Job Requirements

  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Relevant degree in Experience Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, focusing on physical and/or digital journey and experience design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, creativity, and a user-centered design understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies, including conducting interviews and testing prototypes.
  • Familiarity with innovation workspace tools like Miro is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and solve design challenges with a keen eye for detail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • ITE/Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent field of study required.

Enuit seeks to hire a CTRM Application Support Analyst . As a CTRM Application Support Analyst, you will participate as a team member or as an individual to provide technical support service for the software product to our customers throughout the globe.

Description Of The Opportunity

  • Contribute in initial product implementation, additional enhancement, and/or integration projects for Enuit clients in installing, configuring, testing and supporting such projects either onsite or remotely.
  • Provide Entrade technical support to clients.
  • Provide Entrade pre-sales support/demo/presentation to prospects and training to the clients.
  • Design business processes that match client requirements and that are easily configured in Entrade, communicate objectives, and deliver the solution in an efficient manner to the client.
  • Resolve issues and perform troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with client to understand desired results and assist in the design and testing of user acceptance test cases to validate project delivery.
  • Provide system and project documentation to the client.

Qualifications For Consideration

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or related field
  • One to two year’s experience related to database administration and design, .NET, C# and SQL is desirable.
  • A self-starter with proven troubleshooting skills, analytical skills with acute attention to details.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented team player with great learning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to train others.
  • Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
  • Some background in C# or other similar object-oriented programming languages

Job Description :

Support IT security operations, identifying and responding to potential threats and incidents, to ensure AA’s cybersecurity and data protection

The Work

  • Monitor and analyse security alerts and incidents to detect and respond to cyber threats
  • Investigate security breaches and coordinate incident response activities
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement security controls and best practices
  • Respond to cyber related events and incidents and manage and collaborate with security operations personnel during the remediation and post incident review phases.
  • Optimise security logging tools to ensure efficiencies and reduce overheard where possible.
  • Develop scripts and SOAR playbooks to support the automated/reduced remediation of common incidents.
  • Administration of EDR and SIEM platforms.
  • Share Indicators of Compromise with relevant teams and build pattern and trend analysis of attacks to support the threat intelligence function.
  • Perform threat hunting across the estate.
  • Coordinate local incident response processes and personnel to ensure the Incident Manager is fully supported from a cyber defence/operations perspective in region.
  • Conduct research into existing threats to help support risk reduction process.
  • Produce threat notifications relating to potential future threats to the business and assist in the development of remediation strategies to mitigate/reduce the risk posed by these threats.
  • Engage in security awareness and training programs for employees
Qualifications :

What we’re looking for

  • An undergraduate qualification or Apprenticeship (Bachelors / Honours degree or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics, engineering/technology or equivalent experience
  • Professional certifications and experience in Information Security from industry standard security frameworks, e.g. ISACA, BCS, CIPP, ITIL, Crest, ISC2, COMPTIA and key security vendors including Microsoft, Crowdstrike, Qualys, IBM.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer systems, security technologies, network protocols, incident response processes, ITIL and threat intelligence.
  • Very good familiarity with endpoint detection and remediation tools (EDR), vulnerability management, SIEM, SOAR, and M365 technologies.
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, operational technologies and digital forensics can be helpful.
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies and cyber threats is essential in this field.
  • Understanding of network protocols, architectures, and components
  • Ability to configure and manage network security devices
  • Proficiency in securing various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • Ability to monitor and analyze threat intelligence sources to identify potential risks
  • Ability to prioritise and diagnose incidents within the relevant process areas according to agreed procedures.
  • Proficient in investigation of causes of incidents and seeking resolution within diverse but standardised precedents and procedures by applying operational knowledge and learnings from similar past incidents.
  • Can effectively communicate and coordinate the resolution actions and outcomes to the relevant business stakeholders.
  • Support the Development of security operations controls and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of organisational strategies that address information control requirements.
  • Ability to investigate major breaches of security and recommend appropriate control improvements.
  • Awareness of relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST)
  • Working knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its practical application to security operations.

TEAM OVERVIEW

Market Data provides critical input for all trading decisions that take place at Goldman Sachs. The Market Data Engineering team is responsible for the consumption and timely, accurate distribution of all real-time and historical data provided by global stock exchanges, brokers and data vendors including Bloomberg and LSEG (Refinitiv).

Our core service provides the firm with high volume of real-time streaming data that is globally accessible. It has high availability, is highly scalable with single digit millisecond latency SLAs for the most sensitive clients. This is engineered with a ticker plant that consists of hundreds of nodes, thousands of application instances, thousands of consumers, and updates peaks of millions of messages per second.

We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a passion for technology. We look for engineers, with a growth mindset who are driven to automate and improve. Essential Skills include solid Network and OS (Linux) fundamentals, SDLC experience (e.g. scripting, coding, git, svn) and the role would be a good fit for someone who feels they would thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

HOW WILL YOU FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Work with open-source, vendor and internally built software where appropriate.
  • Design, engineer, deploy, troubleshoot, patch and fix software and infrastructure while innovating on core platform design and architecture.
  • Engage with global team to establish and evolve best practice for operational excellence including availability, scalability, reliability, resiliency and performance.
  • Solve problems in order of business value and understand that technical and business perfection are often competing goals.
  • Engage with vendors, exchanges and internal businesses on impact and delivery of upcoming changes.
  • Gather and analyze metrics from both infrastructure and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
  • Positively contribute to continuous technical development of the team, including technical engineering documentation.
  • Deliver complex, business critical infrastructure projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer, SRE, System Admin or equivalent role, with a desire to learn more.
  • Ability to code or script (e.g. bash/python/go) using an SLDC environment (e.g. gitlab CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code processes and tooling.
  • Strong understanding of Network and OS Linux fundamentals.
  • An understanding of the operational concerns in a demanding environment; ideally, but not necessarily, capital markets.
  • Resilient under pressure, have a mind-set of continuous improvement and desire to provide excellent service.
  • Proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, performance bottlenecks, etc.
  • Live service monitoring, logging, intelligent alerting, self-healing (network, server and application).
  • Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
  • Ability to adapt and be open-minded, without skimping on our core values and standards.
  • Driven to eliminate toil by designing/adopting better tools and automation techniques.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Financial markets/ trading business knowledge.
  • Knowledge of market data products eg. Refinitiv (TREP), Exegy, Activ Financial, BPIPE, ITRS.
  • Experience with large scale/high frequency/low latency distributed applications.
  • Experience or knowledge of containerization and cloud deploy (e.g. in AWS or GCP).
