You will regularly update the team with the latest management mandate regulations related to:

You will monitor the monthly mobile expenses and verify expense claims submitted in E2E Concur Application.
You will plan, source and visit event venues suitable for upcoming training, strategy meeting and product launch.
You will provide administration and logistics support such as issuing purchase orders for items related to events and follow up on payment status.
You will monitor the team's corporate assets/ devices and ensure all are in good working condition.
You will maintain documents from the execution of signatures by the Board of Directors.
You will manage the calendar for Head of Ultrasound, Regional Singapore.
You will manage the demonstration inventory by maintaining the latest version in all the demo systems being currently used and get the necessary upgrades or replacements when necessary.
You will raise purchase orders and assign assets for all new equipments for Regional Headquarters.
You will prepare and process shipment of equipment to other regions upon request.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or management support roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

About the role.
We are seeking a Project Management intern to manage campaigns and proposals. We are looking at individuals who are strong in communication, meticulous, and have an interest in the media industry. You will gain hands-on experience in campaign management and influencer coordination processes.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 20-weeks (5 months) internship.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Sales, Creative and Editorial) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time to the highest quality standards
- Support Project Managers with timeline development and management
- Compile data and gather insights from content teams to provide preliminary insights for campaign renewals
