The Order Management Team is based in 3 regions: Oklahoma City/Thailand, Amsterdam & Singapore. We manage all Customer Orders for both EDS & Core. The Team manages the order entry, backlog maintenance and scheduling order for Customer Accounts. Our key Role is to ensure prompt entry and on-time management for those orders.
About the role - you will:

• Ensure JIT hub customer product pulls are invoiced in a timely fashion
• Provide accurate responses to queries regarding order status, shipments and backlogs
• Solve day to day problems independently and raise/report problems to Team Lead / Manager
• Maintain customer files and correspondences and ensure accurate and clear filing of documents
• Support and provide documentation for Audit and SOX - Support Customers, Sales and Account Management on all order queries / issues
• Advocate B2B connections with new customers and assist with customer onboarding
• Actively monitor and report system issues and relentlessly follow up with IT to resolution

This role is responsible for assisting the team in securing mid to long-term maritime transportation capacity for Vale's CFR sales to customers and imports for Vale's projects and ensuring that all vessels in Vale's dedicated fleet operate safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Additionally, the role involves supporting projects that introduce new technologies and fuel transitions to the fleet.

The Detection team within Crisis Response Operations is focused on detecting emerging on-platform risks that pose harm to our community and businesses on our platform. We identify, investigate and understand those risks. We partner closely with other Crisis Response Operations teams, Policy, Product and Process teams to mitigate those risks.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for identifying risks and investigating to understand where and how these are manifesting on our platforms. A successful candidate possesses investigative skills and can work in ambiguous and experimental settings - we are looking for a self-starter who can work with loosely defined problem statements and nascent processes.
This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, like child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
