As a Maintenance Officer, you are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities or equipment maintenance.
  • Hands-on skills in electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and general repair works are essential.
  • Previous experience in cleaning industry and upkeep duties will be considered an added advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings and manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure all work complies with workplace safety, health, and building regulations.
  • Willing to work independently or in a team, with flexibility for emergency call-ins or weekend duties if required.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with internal staff and external contractors.

  • Possessing a valid Class 3 driving license with over 5 years of driving experience preferred.
