Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotations and manage maintenance and fire safety contracts
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repair works
- Monitor air-conditioning, lifts, lighting, and essential building systems
- Handle preventive maintenance schedules and building audits
- Support future building projects and liaise with the Resident Technical Officer
Requirements:

Your responsibilities include upkeep of centre cleanliness, troubleshooting breakdowns, carrying out routine inspections, maintaining records, and responding promptly to emergency repairs.
Duties & Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
