• Role Overview
• We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead a team of coordinators and BIM Modellers in large scale projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience in supervision of building services works.

• Lead a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in all aspects of design and coordination activities.
• Participate in technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Review M&E drawings and collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Manage M&E planning, interface coordination with consultants, and maintain document control.
• Organize, coordinate, and prepare construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are executed in compliance with specifications and drawings.

• The role of a Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator is to ensure seamless coordination between design/construction teams for M&E installation and system requirement matters.

**Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors' work to ensure shop drawing and services are well coordinated to suit sequence and installation.
• Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in a construction environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction/civil engineering industry.
• Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in a 3D model is essential.
• Have experiences working in large-scale projects.
• Candidate with Condo experience has an advantage.
• Must be based in the project site office.
