Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out production operations, perform battery demanufacturing activities, perform equipment operating and monitoring activities.
- Carry out after recycling finished product collection into drums, bags or isotainers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor closely equipment performance and finished good output discharge point to ensure product is harvested in a safe and efficient manner.
- Carry out manual work such as transferring production consumables to recycling system, manual handling production tools and jigs for recycling activities.
- Conduct line checking, and equipment flushing during batch changeover and handle regular start up, shutdown and commissioning of critical process equipment.
- Operate plant equipment such as air compressor, pumps, heat exchangers, rotary equipment etc. in a safe manner.
- Carry out minor maintenance work, 5S and Kaizen improvement projects and energy conversation initiatives.
- Adhere to all in house chemical plant safety, security, industrial hygiene standards and EHS & Quality compliance and regulations.
- Perform any other production duties assigned by the Team Leader and/or Production Supervisor.
- Operator under Battery Feeding Area (BFA): Handling battery material pre-processing and recycling preparation work with data recording on material incoming, material WIP processing and outgoing.
- Operator under Mechanical Plant Area (MPA): Machinery operation, output handling, basic maintenance and monitoring of equipment, data recording on process equipment, etc.
- Operator under Chemical Plant Area (CPA): Chemical dosing and handling, Machinery operation, output handling, basic maintenance and monitoring of equipment, data recording on process equipment, etc.
- Operator under Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR): Machinery operation, output handling, basic maintenance and monitoring of equipment, data recording on process equipment, etc.
- Possess a valid Singapore WSQ Forklift Operator Certificate.
- Minimum secondary education.
- Strong understanding of workplace and equipment safety protocols.
- Job training will be provided.
- Entry level is welcome.
