We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Designer to curate and deliver bespoke travel experiences for our discerning clientele.
The role requires creativity, destination knowledge, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards to craft tailor-made itineraries that exceed client expectations.
Convert enquiries from all channels into confirmed bookings, providing exceptional client service & managing the complete tour operations process.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries, ensuring unique and memorable experiences.
- Provide expert destination knowledge, including insider access, exclusive activities, and premium accommodations.
- Manage end-to-end trip planning: flights, transfers, accommodation, tours, dining, and concierge requests.
- Maintain excellent relationships with luxury travel partners, hotels, DMCs, airlines, and lifestyle providers.
- Anticipate client needs and provide a seamless, white-glove service before, during, and after travel.
- Keep abreast of global travel trends, new destinations, and luxury hospitality developments.
- Handle urgent client requests and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in any marketing activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in luxury travel design, hospitality, or concierge services.
- Strong knowledge of high-end destinations, properties, and experiences worldwide.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and deliver under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre Preferred) and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Multilingual skills are a plus
