Job Title: Sales Executive - Construction
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be familiar with the construction industry. The role involves drafting and following up on sales quotations and proposals tailored to client needs, handling all sales documentation and performing related administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, vendors, and suppliers for seamless project execution, developing new business connections, identifying prospects, and promoting the company's offerings, cultivating and sustaining relationships with both existing clients and potential customers, negotiating deals, closing sales, and collecting feedback to improve services, creating and delivering presentations on company's products and services, conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and potential new clients, meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to overall business objectives, gathering and analyzing data to generate sales reports.
Diploma/Degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. At least 1 year of sales experience desired. Preference for candidates with a Class 3 Driving License and their own vehicle, although this is not mandatory. Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
