- Patient Care & Monitoring: Provide personalized care, assess recovery, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Admissions & Discharges: Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to implement evidence-based treatments for optimal outcomes.
- Medical Rounds & Procedures: Participate in rounds, execute physician orders, and assist in procedures.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Update the team on patient progress and support clinical challenges.
- Patient Education & Resource Management: Educate patients and manage resources efficiently.
- Infection Control & Safety: Monitor infection prevention practices and emergency response efforts.
- Training & Development: Train and supervise new nurses and students while supporting department initiatives.
Job Requirement:
- Min Degree in Nursing
- Min 3 yrs of relevant perm inpatient & senior nursing experience
- Preferred in Advanced / Specialist Diploma in Geriatric / Community Nursing
