The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the coordination of logistics supply chain operations, encompassing import and export activities, sea freight management, documentation, data entry, shipment organization, tracking, billing, and arranging transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics supply chain operations, including import and export activities, sea freight management, documentation, data entry, shipment organization, tracking, billing, and arranging transportation.
• Communicate with shipping lines, truckers, customers, and overseas agent offices on a daily basis.
• Track and monitor import Isotank returns and demurrages, as well as verify vendor invoices.
• Handle customer inquiries and calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain and utilize internal systems for effective operations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or shipping.
• Will to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
