Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise encompassing PMC, customs, and warehouse management. Familiarity with Singapore's customs and supply chain environment and experience of team management is required.
- Professional Competencies:
- Customs: Proficient in customs policies of China and Singapore, with experience in managing COO and processing trade handbooks. Experience in leading AEO certification processes is preferred. Familiar with the application, amendment, and closure procedures for processing trade handbooks.
- Production and Inventory Control: Experience in production planning, inventory management, and material scheduling. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and capacity planning. Highly data-sensitive to perform supply-demand balance analysis effectively.
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS, with the ability to promote process improvement and system implementation.
- Key Personal Qualities:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, enabling efficient internal and external coordination and cross-departmental collaboration.

Import & Export
o Follow-up on import and export shipments with the shipping lines or forwarders for their estimated time of arrival/departure, accurate documentations in line with the requirements, and accurate declarations of import/export permits via Tradenet.
o Ensure that the procedures and requirement for import & export of hazardous substances, other regulated items are in line with the Control Authority requirements (license/permit).
o To assist sales in obtaining freight cost quotation from forwarder for import/ export consignment.
o Follow-up with shipping company and forwarder in the event of damaged shipment and arrangement with underwriter for joint survey. Put up claim when necessary to the party concerned.
o Checking and verification of invoices from shipping agents/ forwarders/courier.
3PL Warehouse and Transporter
o Liaise with 3PL for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
o To monitor 3PLs' performance level and in charge of annual stock count activities and any reconciliation in stock record if required.
o To ensure 3PL in meeting regulatory storage requirement from the relevant authorities.
o Ensure that third party transporter when transporting our hazardous substances, must comply with the National Environment Agency's (NEA/PCD) regulation listed on our hazardous Licence. Eg. (display proper hazard sign, covered truck, etc.)
o Filing of shipping documents/Delivery orders.

o To work with customer service and sales in ensuring hazardous substances is sell to customers with valid licence or permit only.
