- In-charge of all outbound logistics operations and sales support;

- Returns / Replacement Orders
- Stocks movement
- Check error logs and delivery status
- Communicate with shipping companies, transport contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
- To communicate and update internal / external customers on the status of incoming and overseas shipments.
- Sort and send out shipping documents separately to customers, sales team, F&A Dept and bank for L/C negotiation.
- Check suppliers, forwarders & warehouse original invoices before submitting to reporting manager.
- Participate in negotiation of cost effective and service efficiency of logistics matters.
- Compliance to Internal Control & Export Control rules and regulations.
- Check and report intercompany sales and shipments status
- Filing and archive of shipping documents
- Verify and follow-up on original DO from 3rd party warehouse
- Involved in month-end closing
- Involved in 100% Physical stock count at 3rd party warehouse
- Schedule regular meetings with 3PL.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma level or equivalent in Supply Chain Management
- At least 8 years of experience in related industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiar with SAP system
