Requirements:

You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing logistics and finance functions to ensure effective logistics operations integration. This is achieved through prioritisation, monitoring, and fulfilment of Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) equipment (including WoG systems and platforms) and Building Infrastructure (BI) demands.
What you will be working on:
- Work closely with internal and external agencies to ensure the timely procurement, delivery, accounting, distribution, and transfer of OSIT assets.
- Conduct an annual stock take of all Operations Support Information Technology Group (OSIG) assets (non-client devices) to ensure proper accounting.
- Ensure the readiness of facilities and premises supporting OSIG operations Call Centres.

- Keeping up to date with technological developments in C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) systems to ensure logistics support remains adaptive and responsive.
- Managing diverse stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics and finance management.
- Ability to manage complex supply chains.
- Experience in financial audits is advantageous.
