Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and meet prospective customers to promote the company's sea, air & land freight services
  • Create and send customized quotations; negotiate rates & terms with clients
  • Maintain, grow and service existing client accounts—build trust & repeat business
  • Work from both the office (indoor) and in the field (outdoor) approx. 50/50 split
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue) and KPIs
  • Collaborate with operations, documentation & customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Track, analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records (CRM / internal systems)

Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant qualifications; fresh graduates welcome, but prior experience in freight forwarding / logistics / sales is a plus
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience preferred, especially in freight/logistics/transport industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with clients both in person and over calls
