Job Responsibilities:
・Monitor and plan space for loading of shipments to maximize efficiency.
・Follow up on the status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are updated.
・Work closely with airlines on inquiries regarding rates, tracking, and other matters.
・Create, maintain, and review selling and buying rates from customers and carriers.
・Ensure that all shipments are completed and uplifted on time at the agreed rate with the customer and airline.
・Produce progress reports and profit/loss summaries for the team and stakeholders.
・Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Tenders
・Coordinate with sales on inquiries and assist them in providing the best solutions.
・Be familiar with all buying and selling rates from customers and airlines.
・Plan all BUP shipments for consolidation.
