Role and Responsibilities

This position will be on shifts (Day and Night) and expected to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangement, vehicle maintenance schedules which includes but not limited to the following: -

• Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO)
• Incoming and outgoing of raw materials control (store – QA – production)
• Receiving, signing and recording of consumables from external suppliers
• Verify incoming consumables with Delivery orders of suppliers
• Submission of DO documents to purchasing department
• Coordinate and liaise with purchasing for all incomings materials and consumables
• Issue of PPE to new workers
• Performs data entries into ERP – inventory control system

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· At least GCE ‘O’ Level

· Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License

Detailed below are the core responsibilities of this role.

• Coordinate daily operations with Supply Chain and related departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Review Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and material needs to strategically plan and secure materials for production.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage purchase orders, and prepare daily receiving schedules for the warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Plan and arrange material transfers through third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production and customer shipment deadlines, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Track and manage excess and obsolete inventory to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Review forecast accuracy and safety stock levels to inform strategic planning decisions.
• Support cost-saving projects and process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange timely deliveries to customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring mutual success.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with ISO 14001/9001 standards, upholding the organization's commitment to quality and sustainability.

Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a supply chain or planning role.
• SAP planning experience is highly valued, but not essential.
• Proactive, resourceful team players with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and good MS Office proficiency.
• Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
