Inventory & Supply Planning
- Monitor demand and plan supply needs accurately.
- Lead regular meetings with the Project Manager to review inventory and forecasts.
- Analyze data, prepare forecasts, and update them in the procurement system.
- Set forecast limits and approve submissions.
- Track slow-moving items and take action to meet inventory targets.
- Plan ahead to keep stock levels at the right balance.
- Monitor inventory across all product lines and track Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate supply chain activities to support Singapore and regional teams.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to align on demand, supply plans, production, and shipping status.
- Process procurement data weekly and improve drop shipment processes.
- Create purchase orders and manage product pricing in SAP, including updates and approvals.
- Work with Product Managers and Japan HQ to solve pricing issues and release updated price files.
- Manage weekly shipping schedules and dispatch plans.
Stock Allocation Management
- Distribute stock based on forecasts, requests, and excess inventory.
- Carry out weekly stock allocation for shipments.
- Reply quickly to stock requests and questions from sales companies.
