As a Logistics Analyst based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of logistics operations from import/export management to process improvement initiatives. - Provide operational guidance and manage logistics service provider members to ensure stable inbound logistics, warehouse operations, interplant transfers, and outbound logistics processes are executed efficiently.
- Oversee the timely clearance of inbound shipments to warehouse receipts and coordinate outbound operations to guarantee prompt delivery to customers.
- Ensure accurate billing by updating shipment details meticulously and consistently meeting delivery targets set by the organisation.
- Develop sustainable solutions aimed at maximising customer satisfaction through effective logistics management and process optimisation.
- Manage outbound operations including SAP system updates for shipment creation and cost tracking, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customs authorities on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (COO) requirements to maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
- Lead the logistics service provider business process outsourcing team by providing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training sessions, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards with proper documentation for audits.
- Oversee APAC-Hub inbound activities and regional distribution while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure environmental health & safety (EHS), ISO certification requirements, and trade compliance activities are implemented in partnership with third-party logistics providers and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor export document loading schedules closely to ensure accuracy is maintained by logistics partners throughout the shipping process.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree of Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- At least 7 years experience in Supply Chain operation
- At least 3 years responsibility for managing logistics personnel and 3PL vendors
- Logistics / Customs Operations / Trade compliance Experience
- Previous work experience of working on process improvements
- Good understanding of manufacturing process, 3PL operations, cross border movement of goods, global trade compliance and supply chain process.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor logistics operations data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as delivery performance, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and service quality
- Work closely with operations teams to optimize warehouse and transportation processes
- Support demand forecasting, resource planning, and capacity utilization analysis
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend corrective actions
- Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related fields
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or data analysis (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS) will be an advantage
