YOUR ROLE
The incumbent will directly report to a Hub Manager with the key objective of providing customer-focused solutions in
support of operational objectives and business development strategies. The incumbent will also indirectly report to the Operational Excellence team, which governs the framework and methodology of continuous improvement projects.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Leverage on lean principles to increase operational performance and optimise warehouse resources, creating value for internal and external stakeholders
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects within the warehouse, from process gap identification to solution design and implementation, as well as operational change management
- Support the Operations Manager in the monitoring and analysis of performance data such as KPI and productivity reports, as well as financial data such as billing reports and account P&L
- Partner with the Key Account Manager in business development efforts through maintenance of customer satisfaction and solutioning of value creation opportunities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts from the Innovation, Automation, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) team to implement new technology or fine-tune existing solutions within the warehouse
- Contribute to the Operational Excellence (OpEx) community by sharing knowledge of best practices and new solutions, and participating in technical trainings and focus group workshops
- Support the OpEx core team in OpEx-led events and group collaterals
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree or Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with a relevant specialization
- Awareness and understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement tools
- Strong in data crunching and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables)
- Knowledge in VBA / SQL / database management structure is not necessary but will be a plus
- Comfortable with presenting and communicating with customers and stakeholders within all levels of the organisation
- Good and adaptive team player with strong interpersonal skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for performing receiving, incoming inspection, put away and pick pack ship for store and maintain proper inventory accuracy.
2. To liaise with logistics forwarder /provider on delivery to customer and perform delivery/collection when required
3. Manage store (internal and external -off site store) to ensure proper inventory accuracy, on time receiving, proper storage, proper pick pack ship and return/replacement, customer store for consign parts, issuing of parts and updating into ERP system. Including sales kit, samples, collateral inventory
4. To ensure system and physical accuracy and manage proper store housekeeping
5. To be responsible for sourcing and ordering of logistics requirements, consumable/expense items.
6. To work with sales on inventory re-stocking through analysis and restock items and requirements
7. To generate periodic reports store/warehouse KPI management and take ownership for the processes
8. To be responsible for store/warehouse SOP and compliance to best practices and documentation and any audit requirements
9. Communicate process and follow up with internal departments on requests and unresolved issues
10. Responsible for continuous improvement and any projects/biz projects related to CS and Supply chain
11. Responsible for purchasing of logistics consumable items.
12. To support any other related work assigned by management
Key competencies

Job Purpose and Scope:
- Describe the responsibility
- To maintain effective team and department procedures for Logistics Planning, which includes Purchase information records, Purchase Orders creation and maintenance, Resolving Purchase order enquiries. Inbound logistics tracking, receipts, Customs clearance documentation and validating Supplier invoices. + Owner of QMS documents and be a trainer/auditor to 3PL partner
+ Escalation point for 3PL for day to day issues
+ Management of CAPA and SIR related to warehouse operations
+ Monitoring and working with the 3PL on the optimal daily workload plan to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and sustainable way, continually looking into changes the workflows that will improve customer satisfaction while providing cost savings or cost avoidance in either dollar, process improvement, inventory reduction terms
+ To identify, analyze and implement changes that simplify, standardize and improve processes, and provide innovative and flexible solutions.
+ Work closely with QA/RA, legal, Trade compliance teams to ensure any process change meets regulatory and quality policy requirements before presenting it in a business case
+ Keep abreast of industry trends, provider capabilities, technology capabilities, best practice across various industries and conduct proof of concept analysis that they can bring value to the MDT organization
**Required Knowledge and Experience:** Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Liaise with 3PL’s for inbound/outbound processing, inventory analysis, expired stocks, cycle counts and KPI reporting.
Core Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor Inventory Levels, DOH, Obsolescence and Scrapping
- Track, monitor and maintain inbound Shipments from Supplier to 3PL
- Maintain arrival dates in SAP and associated reports
- Support all activities and documentation for Customs Clearance
- Assist with IDOC failures reports and solve issues
- Validate 3PL and Transport Invoices for Accounts Payable
- Maintain PO creation and Invoice Payment of Logistics Service Providers
- Work with 3PL’s on day-to-day enquiries
- Any adhoc duties that may be required by manager
Minimum Skills Required:
Identify the specific skills needed to perform this job effectively
- Familiarity with SAP
- Microsoft tools
- Advanced knowledge in Excel – highly regarded
Knowledge / Education Required:
Identify the knowledge, expertise, educational level required to perform this job successfully (product/industry knowledge, technical/business acumen, degree, professional certification etc)
- University Certificate preferred
- Essential – excellent English both written and verbal
Experience Required:
Describe the on the job experience level required to perform this job (management experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for performing receiving, incoming inspection, put away and pick pack ship for store and maintain proper inventory accuracy.
2. To liaise with logistics forwarder /provider on delivery to customer and perform delivery/collection when required
3. Manage store (internal and external -off site store) to ensure proper inventory accuracy, on time receiving, proper storage, proper pick pack ship and return/replacement, customer store for consign parts, issuing of parts and updating into ERP system. Including sales kit, samples, collateral inventory
4. To ensure system and physical accuracy and manage proper store housekeeping
5. To be responsible for sourcing and ordering of logistics requirements, consumable/expense items.
6. To work with sales on inventory re-stocking through analysis and restock items and requirements
7. To generate periodic reports store/warehouse KPI management and take ownership for the processes
8. To be responsible for store/warehouse SOP and compliance to best practices and documentation and any audit requirements
9. Communicate process and follow up with internal departments on requests and unresolved issues
10. Responsible for continuous improvement and any projects/biz projects related to CS and Supply chain
11. Responsible for purchasing of logistics consumable items.
12. To support any other related work assigned by management
