Job Description
Jobscope:
- Prepare and complete all internal and external customer orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule in a timely manner. Ensure that goods are properly labelled, packed/wrapped, loaded and shipped/delivered.
- Handover of non-inventory items such as defective items for repair, brochures, price lists, service tools etc to the respective division personnel.
- Receive, inspect and check incoming shipment and allocate to proper location within the warehouse such as racking/bin, quarantine location or inspection areas.
- Perform all system updates (SAP ERP/WMS/TMS) as required.
- Conduct monthly cycle count and annual inventory stock count to maintain accuracy in inventory at own Warehouse or 3PL Warehouse.
- Complete diary logs on warehouse operations and report any discrepancies on monthly basis.
- Maintain quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures and complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Ensure the transportation are timely managed and orders are delivered correctly to warehouse / any destinations.
- Handover of non-inventory items such as defective items for repair, brochures, price lists, service tools etc to the respective division personnel.
- Preparation for equipment, accessories, spare parts, etc. to be shipped out according to instructions provided by Order Fulfillment or Customer Service teams.
- Ensure required paperwork for import/export in place, specifically with preferred shipping company.
- Liaise with freight forwarder on outgoing/incoming shipment.
- Coordinate closely with 3PL Warehouse and Transportation Company for inbound and outbound shipments/customer orders.
- Manage and maintain 5S warehouse operational standard and contribute suggestions to improve productivity and quality standards of the Warehouse Operations.
- Maintain ISO standard in storage areas by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design prin-ciples; recommending improvements where applicable.
- Follow closely to SEA Standards Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Recommend im-provements at all times to optimized efficiency & productivity.
- Must be available to rotate within the Supply Chain Team when needs arise.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Logistics Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse and Transportation.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP / WMS / TMS / Excel Macro & PowerPoint Skills.
- Knowledge in CRM and SharePoint will be an added advantage.
