What you do
The candidate will be a member of the loan distribution team within Loan Origination and Syndication and is expected to provide support to the team in the distribution of syndicated loans.
• Work as part of a team in executing and distributing primary and secondary syndicated loan transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, direct lenders, and other relevant third-party capital providers.
• Develop and expand our investor knowledge and network globally. Relevant experience in managing project, structured and asset-backed finance (eg. TMT, Aviation, Shipping) transactions will be essential.
• Work jointly with origination teams to develop winning bidding strategies, through a combination of :
o Strong market reads and liquidity analysis
o Develop superior syndication strategies to meet the prevailing deal requirements
o Collection and sharing of market intelligence
o Providing strong inputs on deal structuring and pricing
• Willing to travel and cover non-Asian time zones
• Prepare, organize and manage syndication and book-running process, including lenders selection, tiering, invitation letters and dispatching information.
• To assist in the organization of roadshows, presentation materials, site visits.
• Determine allocations and send out allocation letters.
• To arrange and coordinate administrative matter relating to the deal execution including, signing, KYC, etc.
