Prepare and review management accounts

Oversee loan management

Manage contractual and compliance requirements , including facility agreements, shareholder agreements, and management agreements, tailored to each project's nature.
Collaborate with the accounting team
to verify invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records; liaise with stakeholders as required.
Assist in project-level financial management , including evaluating profitability, verifying accounting and taxation matters with auditors and consultants, and supporting regional projects across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Contribute to operational improvements
by reviewing and refining internal procedures and undertaking ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare credit proposals
  • Provide administrative credit support
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports


Detailed Tasks

  • Apt in analyzing and distilling financial information succinctly in a credit proposal
  • Accurate spreading of Borrowers’ & for Group’s financial statements
  • Collaborate with the Credit & Marketing officers to identify credit, operational and business risks and recommend solutions to address or mitigate these risks
  • Able to write a credit proposal concisely and cogently
  • Able to submit written work within stipulated deadlines
  • Generate weekly and monthly credit reports for monitoring purposes
  • Ensure credit applications comply with Company's credit policies
  • Identify early warning signs or credit weaknesses to minimize/circumvent loan loss
  • Has an incisive understanding of the direct and strong connection between business and credit environments
  • Ad-hoc functions as assigned by the direct report, from time to time


Requirements


The incumbent should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accountancy with minimum four years of experience in credit assessment function, preferably for the SME business segment.

The incumbent should be skilled in effective business writing, professionally inquisitive and has a keen analytical intellect. He/She must be precise and thorough with facts and figures.
