We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team in a dynamic banking environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in loan administration, account servicing, and operational support. You will be responsible for ensuring loan drawdowns, rollovers and tracking repayments of loans for the department.
This role requires close collaboration with front office teams to facilitate account opening and transaction execution. He/she will liaise with respective booking offices and offshore loan support departments with regards to loan rollovers, rate fixing, subsequent drawdowns and repayments and ensure the necessary bank's systems (such as SIMS, COB EPIX, T24, SCOPE) are updated.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the loan drawdown process for front office groups - preparation of necessary documents for account opening, loan execution and drawdown
- Liaise with customers and facility agents for on-boarding and ongoing account management matters
- Manage the administrative aspect of an Account Bank (such as quoting of rates, rate fixing, update of signatories, liaising with customers and back office)
- Liaise with various booking offices on loan administration matters and update control sheets, other records from drawdown, rollover, interest fixing and repayments
- Provide quality advice and facilitate solutions with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support execution of structured and complex transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Support the periodic regulatory reportings to ensure compliance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency
- At least a high school/secondary school completion certificate
- At least 7-10 years in a financial institution, in a loan administration function
- Good understanding of the mechanics of loan administration functions
- Good working knowledge of systems and platforms such as T24, E.PIX COB, SIMS, Funding Platform
- Good working experience of Word and Excel applications
- Ability to work independently to deliver within timeline
- Strong coordination abilities, to manage multiple tasks concurrently within tight timeframes
- Willingness to deal with issues/challenges in a solution-oriented manner

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end operational support of private credit transactions. This includes managing loan settlements, funding activity, ongoing loan servicing, and ensuring data integrity across internal systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in private credit, and will work closely with investment, legal, finance, and compliance teams to support the firm’s portfolio of private debt investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the closing and funding of new private credit transactions with internal teams and external counterparties.
Review legal documentation (credit agreements, promissory notes, etc.) to extract relevant economic and administrative terms.
Ensure timely and accurate funding instructions are prepared and processed.
Familiar with different types of loan/ debt agreements and key clauses of loan disbursement, payment, maturity and renewal
Calculate, process and monitor principal and interest payments, PIK interest, fees, amendments, and restructurings.
Monitor covenant compliance and reporting obligations from clients.
