The Role
Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation and dispute resolution cases, including but not limited to commercial disputes, international arbitration, regulatory matters, investigations, financial and white-collar crime.
Provide strategic legal advice to our esteemed clientele, ensuring their needs are addressed with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
Draft, review, and manage the filing of legal documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
Direct all facets of trial preparation, from discovery through to the development and execution of robust trial strategies.
Represent clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations, striving for outcomes that align with their best interests.
Work collaboratively with partners and peers within the practice to foster a cohesive and innovative team environment.
Contribute to the mentoring and professional development of junior associates, nurturing the next generation of legal talent.

Qualifications
Your Experience
A qualified solicitor with 1 - 4 years' post-qualification experience (UK notional) in litigation and/or international arbitration, preferably within a reputable law firm.
Admission to the Singapore Bar or equivalent in a common law jurisdiction, or NY Bar.
A robust academic record in law, demonstrating a commitment to legal excellence.
A proven ability to navigate and resolve complex legal issues with a strategic and analytical approach.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Resilience under pressure, with a proven track record of managing tight deadlines and delivering results.
