We are looking for a Sales Associate/Senior Sales Associate to join our expanding team. As an ambassador and the first point-of-contact in store, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This involves everything from selling merchandise in all sales channels, handling payments, managing stock and delivery to engaging customers and making sure that the merchandise are attractively displayed.
For those curious individuals, we are happy to train you for the art of pleating. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about firstly about customer service, and on top of that is passionate about making things, let it be sewing, folding origami or any kind of handiwork!
SALES ASSOCIATE/SALES-MAKER ASSOCIATE
Job scope
- Achieve sales revenue (from offline and online stores).
- Handle order fulfilment process from physical and e-commerce store: product packaging, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Support marketing to deliver sales and promotion campaigns, and visual merchandising plans.
- Maintain an inviting store front to attract shoppers and turn them into buyers.
- Maintenance of the stock level of all the Retail and MAKE products.
- Pleating of the products in the store. Training will be provided.
- Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting plans relating to driving seamless customer experience and care across channels.
