Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new customers and customer segments within Singapore.
- Manage, administer and be responsible for the customers and accounts under your purview.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience across the entire customer journey, including order processing, fulfilment, and billing.
- Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing team to execute new product launches, campaigns, and promotions for your customers.

Pre-requisites

- Assist in the preparation of the annual events and catering sales budget for management approval and implementing the budget when it is approved. Be involved in establishing annual targets during the Business Planning phase.
- Exercise all reasonable care in safeguarding the hotel's propriety information.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
