As part of this effort, we're looking for a Linux Support Engineer to join our small team, who will resolve technical issues for our customers. This role is ideal for an experienced support professional who is looking to develop professionally in Technical Support, Systems Reliability Engineering, or even Solutions Engineering.
What You'll Do:
- Solve escalated technical issues with customers via email and the occasional phone or video calls,
- Collaborate closely with Success, Product, Engineering and other teams to resolve issues for our customers,
- Work with Voltage Park product and engineering to develop content and features that empower Voltage Park customers to resolve their own issues,
- Identify and implement improvements to the Voltage Park customer experience,
- Juggle multiple responsibilities across different support functions,

- Be on-call for urgent system incidents (This position is from Wednesday - Sunday with Mondays and Tuesdays off)
