Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Subject Matter Expert to drive customer awareness, lead generation, and conversion to support the growth of a new customer offering in Singapore. This role will report to and work closely with the Subscription Head, playing a pivotal part in launching and scaling the innovative consumer offering, optimizing the customer experience journey (CEJ), and ensuring strong digital marketing execution to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in digital marketing, growth strategies and full-funnel optimization, with a solid experience in e-commerce.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build awareness and drive customer engagement for the subscription model.
- Lead customer acquisition and digital performance marketing efforts across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic advertising, CRM, and retargeting.
- Work closely with UX/UI and product teams to enhance the digital experience, ensuring a seamless path to purchase.
- Create and manage lead generation strategies, leveraging data analytics to increase conversion and customer retention.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across upper, mid, and lower funnel strategies to maximize ROAS and conversion.
- Analyze and track key marketing performance metrics to optimize growth initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial, and finance teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall business goals.
- Oversee marketing campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking, iterating based on insights and data.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance marketing, ideally in the eCommerce, or digital marketing industry.
- Proven expertise in customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization through paid media, CRM, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience tracking campaign performance, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing ROI.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau etc.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment between marketing, product, and commercial teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Highly collaborative team player who is passionate about business unit's success and works well across the department
- Possesses a High level of integrity and Ethics

- Extensive experience with Singapore Enterprise and Government Account Management will be a plus
