Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of life insurance products and investment-linked funds, ensuring governance, compliance, scope, resources, timeline, and budget are effectively managed.
Break down complex product features into epics and user stories; prioritise the backlog and ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Own and maintain a visible team backlog, ensuring all stories meet definitions of “ready” and “done.”

Own the delivery outcomes of the agile team, accept completed work, and ensure continuous value delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Coordinate with internal and external teams such as service delivery, vendors, and compliance as needed.
Ensure delivery activities align with approved budgets and corporate procedures.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional agile teams including delivery leads, engineers, and analysts to deliver product backlogs.
Act as an escalation point for blockers or delivery issues; implement mitigation plans where necessary.
Foster a culture of agile excellence, collaboration, and ownership across the team.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
