About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Assist lawyers in drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, affidavits, pleadings, and correspondence.
Conduct legal and factual research, including case law, statutes, and regulatory materials.
File and manage court documents through eLitigation and other portals.
Organize and maintain physical and digital legal files in compliance with firm protocols.
Support corporate transactions including document collation, due diligence, and corporate filings with ACRA and other regulators.
Provide general administrative assistance including time entry, billing coordination, and travel or meeting arrangements as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent.
At least
2–4 years
of experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, , preferably in a litigation or corporate law practice.
Familiarity with Singapore’s legal procedures, court systems, and eLitigation platform.
Working knowledge of corporate registry filings and document handling protocols.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanour and a client service mindset.
Proficiency in Chinese in dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients
